Since 2011, "Kat" has conducted primary and secondary research for more than 200 CHNAs and related projects. She is expert at correlating distinct datasets and interpreting research findings to demonstrate trends and illuminate disparities. A seasoned project manager, clients appreciate Kat's meticulous attention to detail, efficiency in managing project tasks, and proactive communication.
Stephanie excels at communications and is expert at bringing together diverse community voices in conversation. She has a gift of quickly building rapport with others to create safe and sincere spaces for meaningful dialogue. Fluent in Spanish, Stephanie lends her expertise to facilitation and preparing Spanish language materials to ensure equitable participation in our studies.
Diana brings experience in healthcare administration and chronic disease care. She is astute at accessing and analyzing statistical data to compile a comprehensive view of the myriad factors that influence health and wellbeing within communities. With a keen understanding of the social drivers of health, Diana is expert at documenting health disparities and correlating underlying inequities that negatively impact health outcomes for marginalized communities.
Danielle has focused her 25+-year career on reducing socioeconomic disparities through community development, affordable housing, and health and wellness initiatives. Trained as an epidemiologist, Danielle brings extensive expertise in data analytics and stakeholder research and is expert at translating data into actionable strategies. She is a seasoned grant writer and administrator and has secured numerous state and federal grants including HUD Choice Neighborhoods and HOPE VI applications and tax credits.
Genay brings extensive experience in data management and reporting of clinical outcomes and quality performance. During her tenure at a FQHC, she led two successful Level-3 Patient Centered Medical Home Accreditation applications. A skilled group facilitator, Genay is a Certified Centering® (Pregnancy, Parenting, Healthcare) facilitator and fluent in Spanish.
Priyanka is proficient in database management, data cleaning and organization, and “big data” analytics using SAS/STATA. She is expert at correlating disparate data sets to uncover new insights and demonstrate opportunities for action.
